Due to the nature of the tiles, irregularities, rough edges and hue variations are to be expected and will not be accepted as a cancelation/return reason. Check “Get to know your tiles” for a thorough information on the subject “a perfect imperfect tile”.
When the order is confirmed and the payment is received, the order is considered as final and can not be altered. To add or change tiles, this will be considered a new order.
MOSAICO does not refund confirmed and paid orders. Cancellation after confirmation and payment received will result in the creation of a MOSAICO credit note, valid for 1 year. Before the credit note is issued, costs for the tiles already made will be deducted from the paid amount.
Tiles bought during sale or are not eligible for any kind of return or refund.
