• “Made to Order and Clearance Tiles” purchases within the UAE, will automatically add delivery charges on check out. Mosaico team will get in touch to schedule a suitable delivery date, within the timeframe mentioned upon order confirmation.
  • Any quantity up to 40 boxes, will be offloaded by the driver at client’s curb side. Is the client’s responsibility to bring the tiles from the curb inside.
  • For bigger orders (over 40 boxes) the material will be delivered in pallets. The driver is not responsible to breakdown pallets and bring boxes inside. The client is responsible to either offload the material with a forklift or break the pallet down and carry boxes inside.
  • Destination should be on a paved road with easy access to large delivery vehicles. Parking should be allowed.
  • The materials won’t be delivered without (a representative of) the client present at location to sign of the delivery documents.
  • For “Bespoken MOSAICO Tiles” the standard MOSAICO quotation does not include transportation. If delivery is required, we can arrange a third-party service. Delivery will come at a fee depending on the location, type of transportation and quantity of the order.
  • Most deliveries within the UAE and GCC are handled via road.

  • Delivery expectations for “Made to order” and “Bespoke Tiles”: the minimum time needed to prepare a custom order is 3 weeks after order confirmation and payment verified. However, keep in mind that delivery is contingent of the factory’s production schedule.
  • Delivery expectations for tiles from “Clearance tiles”: stock items can be delivered within 5 to 7 working days after order confirmation and payment verified. 
  • Delivery expectations for sample tiles: 5 to 7 working days after order confirmation and payment verified.
  • When placing the order MOSAICO will give an estimation of the production time. This is indicative until MOSAICO’s team get in touch to schedule the delivery. Storage of tiles is chargeable, 100 AED per day past the confirmed date of delivery.
  •  The client is responsible for checking if the number of delivered items corresponds with the delivery slip before signing it off. Contact MOSAICO immediately if you suspect wrong or missing items, please make a note on the delivery slip. Share with MOSAICO support images to initiate the claim procedure. Claims reported over 48h after delivery won’t be taken into consideration. 
  • We kindly request that you open and inspect two to three boxes of tiles (assuming there are no apparent external damages) to check for any concealed issues. If you happen to uncover any hidden damage during the delivery, please make sure to record this on the delivery receipt.
  • The warranty given is for defects. Mosaico maintains stringent quality control standards, however mistakes can happen. Check “Get to know your tiles” for a thorough information on the subject “a perfect imperfect tile”.
  • Any defects in the tiles will be apparent prior to installation, and we need to be notified within 48h of receipt and prior to installation. Acceptance of the materials is implied upon installation. If the tile is defective, do not to install it, and we will replace it free of charge. Defects do not cover damaged tiles (breakage/ chipped tiles) after release from our factory.
  • At Mosaico’s factory, the tiles are boxed and handled with care. For large quantities, we strongly recommend that the tiles be offloaded at the destination with a forklift, if not possible the boxes should be offloaded one by one with maximum care in order not to chip the corner of the tiles. Handling to be kept to a minimum and monitored when removed and opening for installation. Pallets are not to be stacked at any time and material should be kept stored in a dry covered area.
  • It is within the normal range for orders to contain 2%-5% of damaged tiles (breaking, chipping, scratching), this is one of the reasons 10%-15% wastage is considered when ordering tiles. 
  • Alterations to delivery can be made up to 48h before the delivery date. 
  •  Standard MOSAICO quotation does not include installation. Please contact MOSAICO to request the contact of our trusted third company installation. Refer to our “Installation and Maintenance” guidelines.
